The lack of a fast MVP would mean losing the opportunity to gain investor trust and build an initial base of loyal drivers who could test the prototype and provide feedback in the early weeks.

Proposed Solution

The solution involved combining modern tools and methodologies. The mobile application was developed using Flutter, allowing for simultaneous coverage of Android and iOS while minimizing workload. The server-side was built with Supabase, which accelerated the implementation of key functions thanks to built-in authentication and database management mechanisms. The admin panel was developed with React/Next.js using the shadcn component library, providing ready-made building blocks for fast interface design without the need to create everything from scratch.

At the same time, the entire project gained a consistent visual identity and well-thought-out UX/UI thanks to prototypes created in Figma. As a result, drivers have access to an application with clear order views, an activity map, and AI-powered automation that can automatically accept the most profitable orders. Everything was launched within a few weeks, allowing for rapid testing among actual users.
